The BC Residential Tenancy Act sets out specific requirements for notices, documentation, deposits, and enforcement, and getting any of it wrong can put your position at risk. We manage all documentation in full compliance with RTA and RTB requirements. If a tenancy needs to end and a tenant is unwilling to leave voluntarily, we handle the full eviction process on your behalf, from preparing and serving notices through to hearing support, with the goal of resolving the situation as efficiently as possible.
