Fill out our online form to request a proposal for your project. Once you have received a copy of the proposal, our team will reach out to you to set up an initial meeting.

During the initial meeting with you, we will gain an overall picture of your development, confirming the proposed fees and helping us form the best processes for your strata corporation. Some of the questions we might ask during this meeting include:

  • What are your expectations for us?
  • Who are you marketing to (who do you want to live in your development)?
  • How is your development laid out (this affects snow removal, salting, etc.)?
  • Do you have a sewage lift station?
  • How is your development designed (e.g. what type of roof does it have?)?

If you decide to hire us, after the initial meeting, we will get started on setting everything up for you, including:

  • Putting together financials (e.g. budgets, contingency plans, etc.) if you have not already down so
  • Arrange the first AGM, if your development is brand new
  • Advise you on electing a strata council, if you do not already have one
  • Pay common property expenses (e.g. parking lot repairs), if need be
