About Me
With over 31 years of experience in the industry, my journey in management has been extensive
and varied. I began my career as a sub-mortgage broker, and eventually into management of
branch offices in the finance industry. At that time my role expanded to overseeing multiple
branches. Following this, I had the opportunity to travel the country and lead the sales division
and the related human resources responsibilities. These experiences provided a solid foundation
of what sparked my move into real estate which introduced me to the strata management world
and I sought out to obtain my strata management license twelve years ago. Since then, I have
also acquired my managing broker's license and property management designation. My
dedication to continuous learning and professional development is a cornerstone of our business.
Brian, my brother, and co-founder, is the driving force behind our rental division. His expertise
and hands-on management style ensure that our rental operations are top-notch. I focus on
ensuring that every aspect of our business runs smoothly and efficiently. Our strata management
division has many tiered layers of management, designed to provide the best in industry service
levels. While Brian excels in property management and we both share a passion for real estate,
together we work on many things like control, training, financial planning, and the overall
strategic direction of our company. Together, we form a dynamic team committed to excellence
and client satisfaction.
